Backup safety beeper has stop working.

Question type: General

Backup camera still works, but the beeping when getting
close to something has stop working. Is there an on/ off
switch or is there some other reason this would stop working?

Not 100% certain but pretty sure there is an option to turn that off or on. guessing it would be in vehicle options menu or may be separate menu just for that system. Mine is a 2013 and does not have those bells and whistles.
