Free delivery on vehicles advertised

Question type: General

You advertise free delivery.  Parks chevrolet Richmond VA did not deliver to my
State.  Why did CarGurus advertise free delivery if the dealership would not
ship?  Please advise

Cargurus doesn't buy, sell, or ship anything. If free shipping is offered it's being offered by the selling Dealer and will surely have limitations. You can, however, hire a shipping company to deliver the vehicle to you at your expense. Hope that helps! Jim
