i've got a 94 crown vic with a 5.7litre v8 and i need to know if i can switch out the sensor with any other year or is their any specific part number for the sensor and how much would it cost?

do u mean 4.6? i don't believe vics ever came with anything above 5L. Go to a ford dealer they can help you with that

if it's a 4.6 a mass air flo sensor from any year should work as long as the plug is the same if it's a 5.7 it has been installed after market because it was only an option until 91
