Car won't start

What does it mean when my 2017 Hyundai elantra as makes a clicking when I
try to start it? Everything turns on but it won't start.

Your battery is low. You don't have enough cold amps to start. But you have enough juice for your dash lights to come on. Those will get weaker as time goes by. Charge your battery. I might even test the alternator as well to see if it is even working properly.
