Car dings and flashes at 4 degrees C

I have a brand new 2017 elantra and since its started to get colder out
whenever i start my car it will ding and flash 3 or 4 degrees three times and
then stop. the temp readout has always been right, and changes properly with
the weather but i do not know why it is alerting me when its 3 or 4 degrees.

How do I set the temperature back in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra. How know how to change it from the c- f but the temp is not showing at all

Just Google why my 2018 does the same thing and got your answer. Have you found out anything since you posted this?

Correct it is an Icy road warning. If it only alerts 3 times just ignore it
