94 Mustang won't start

Can't get my 94 Mustang to start.   No
click,  no noise,  nothing.   Put new
starter on it but still doing nothing.  
Please help me figure out what's
wrong.

Make sure you've got over 12 volts in the battery. Go to the solenoid and jump between the 2 large copper connectors with a booster cable or something similar that can handle heavy amps. If the starter cranks when you do this, then the problem is either in the ignition (electrical) switch, or the neutral safety switch. (do this test with the key off so the car doesn't start) If the starter doesn't crank, then you've got a connection problem between the battery and the starter and need to check everything from the battery on both the positive and negative connections.
