it's because the dealer never took the ad down. If it bothers you, message them to remove it.

Dear CarGurus Team, Thanks for your short and disappointing reply. (Cargurus Team wrote: "it's because the dealer never took the ad down. If it bothers you, message them to remove it. " It does 'bother' me that your company has adds on your site that are incorrect, it should bother you also! Here's a suggestion from one of your valued customers: Don't be satisfied with your status quo, continual improvement is the key to success. it's your company's site, manage it better! And by manage I mean you work with the dealers and develop a method/process to remove cars that are already sold, so your customers don't waste their time contacting dealers regarding cars that are not really available. I've learned that Langley Steinert founded CarGurus in 2006 with a vision for helping automotive shoppers better navigate their car search. I would be interested in his thoughts on this matter. Sincerely, your customer, Peter

Dear F_O_R_ aka obsessive/compulsive twit, Wow, attacking your customers, interesting approach to customer service. Maybe I touched a nerve, you should get out of your parents basement and live a little. I won't be using your sad little web site again.
Sorry to burst your bubble but this is a public forum to ask car repair questions, none of us are employees of cargurus. Did you happen to also read the Terms of Use yet? "Information about a particular vehicle is supplied by the seller, not by CarGurus, and the buyer is solely responsible for reading the full vehicle listing before making a commitment to buy."
"All statements, information and other content submitted by users are solely the opinions of users, and not of CarGurus." I'm just trying to help, not start an argument. But if you find a vehicle listing site or any dealer website for that matter, that has their vehicle listings 100% up to date, you let me know. They don't exist. Vehicles are bought and sold so quickly nowadays
