motorized antanae won't come up when car is started

1) The Radio needs to be turned on, the car needs to be running. 2) Listen for the motor turning. If no sound check for power at the antenna 3)The mast may be jammed. if the mast is jammed the quickest and easiest repair for this is to replace the entire antenna assembly.

If you hear a motor turning, dirt has built up inside the ariel and caused to jam up. The best solution is to get a new one as standard electric ariels will fit with a bit of slight adjustment to make them fit the body of the car properly.
