my steering wheel controls are backwards.

My volume up buttons are volume
down. Answer phone button is
end call . This happened
suddenly.  I had the oil changed
and tires rotated last week.

something caused reversed the polarity that's floccinaucinihilipilification for sure !

I think the oil change place broke the harness and soldered the wires back on incorrectly.
