Ford ranger when at running temp. When turned off, then try to restart, it doesn't stast untill it cools.

Pulled gas tank, cleaned out, replaced fuel pump, Replaced MAF sensor, TPS sensor, IAC sensor, My problem is now it doesn't start at all. I poured gas down a small line and it ran for a little bit, then when gas was all gone it stop runninf, Please help.
