what class hitch comes on the Aviator

I have a 2004 Lincoln Aviator which has a factor install hitch and I am trying to find out if I can toe a small cargo trailer weieghing no more than 450 Lbs with this 1 inch hitch

yo can toe a small trailer no problem. The stock hitch can hold 3500 lbs and ive toes 5000 and had no problem

Absolutely. Towing 450 lbs is like putting two college running backs in the back seat. The Aviator is rated to tow over 7,000 lbs. Don't put it all on the tongue though, your standard receiver is probably only rated at around 200 lbs.
