Air Conditioner fix needed

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

AC on our 04 Lincoln LS - just replaced the compressor &
had to take it back to the mechanic- still blowing hot air.
Mechanic seems to think that the system may thing that
the heat is on & the part could be over $1000. Just spent
500 on the compressor, anyone have any ideas other than
the 1000 part ?

Sounds similar to my situation. Just got a new compressor now drivers side blows cool. Passenger side blows hot. Real pain. Try checking ur DCCV
