are you talking about the physical lights on the car or the break light on the dash

Does the parking brake pedal return completely? Low fluid and a parking brake applied are the only things that can turn on the red brake light.

Yes on all accounts..fluid is fine..someone suggested taking battery cables off and letting system reset...going to try that today.
