I HAVE A 2003 LINCOLN TOWN CAR STRETCHED LIMO. THE ENGINE
TURNS OVER BUT IT WON'T START. TODAY WHEN I TRIED IT I GOT IT
TO BRIEFLY START THAN IT DIED AGAIN. NOW I'M DOWN TO THINKING
IT IS MY FUEL PUMP. CAUSE I DO NOT HEAR IT CLICKING SINCE ITS A
ELECTRONIC FUEL PUMP. ANY SUGESSTIONS???

Fuel pressure would need to be checked with a fuel pressure gauge. Spray some starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it fires up, it would die on you once the spray is burnt up. That would be a good indication of a bad fuel pump. Of course you need to determine if power is getting back to the fuel pump.
check ur fuel pump relay i had the same problem on my 98 Lincoln or go to harbor freight code scanner for around 50 bucks that will take u straight to the problem
I was wondering if you still have that car. 9728760337
