Not a sensor but there is an EVAP tube to collect the air and fumes that are displaced when filling up. It goes to a charcoal canister that soaks up the fumes and is purged when you start the car. That vent tube may be blocked or the valve on the EVAP canister stuck closed. Or yet still, the valve is not opening to purge and the canister is saturated with liquid gasoline and not accepting anything in. Bottom line, is ask to have your EVAP system checked

I have a 2001 Lincoln Continental I drive for 4 or 3 miles and then it cut off check engine light saying I need a canister vent valve can that cause the car to cut off while driving it
