Need a extra key. What's the cheapest way to have a key made?

ebay... order the key (if it also needs a chip) off there, then get it cut or programmed a the dealer.

Most dealer,s frown when brought a key,and will charge you just as much as you would if you had let them supply it,if they even cut or program it is there choice to do so,beside,s if you have issue,s with it your stuck dealing with someone way off and dont care about your issue,spend the money and let dealer supply and program the key for you,you will be money ahead if you have issue,s with it later.
