If you want to separate the pulley from the pump you'll need a pulley puller, most parts stores will rent or loan those out.

The lines are not under any kind of pressure when pump is not running, so you can remove then with appropriate size wrench. They do make a special flange hex end for a ratchet or wrench (looks like a normal box end wrench with a slot cut out to slide over hydraulic line, it gives you a little more surface area to torque on.) Be sure to hit nut with penetrating oil before hand to make it easier to loosen.
