2001 lincoln town car has check engine light with code 307.

Need help.
Checked coils, spark plugs, no vacuum leak, installed new air resonator (black box) due to crack in box.
Car idles heavy in Drive with shaking at intervals.  Car hesitates at acceleration when reaching certain speeds.  Feels like car will stall anytime.

Cylinder #7 is mifiring. You cant really check the coil unless you do a stress test on it that requires specific equipment. Since its only one code replace #7 coil and spark plug.
