im thinking about going to junkyard to get a used one will they know what is compatible to put in and also is it hard to take out the slip rearends and put in a new one??

its basicly easy. get the back in the air on stands. put a jack under the center of the axle.unbolt everything to the axle like shocks, brakes, driveshaft, and airbagsif there is any. you may get a few hangups on this part. once the axle is free slowly lower it. you may have to transfer from one axle to the other. to put the one in it the reverse. you may need air tools.
