Very easily. If there are no Lincoln springs and shocks listed, use the heavy duty Crown Victoria units, as the Lincoln is heavier than the base Crown Vic or Grand Marquis. If you really want to take the float out, get the Crown Victoria Interceptor Package springs and shocks for front and rear. It will firm things but you will still have a great ride, just not a floater ride. For handling, get the Interceptor front and rear anti-sway bars, too.

What holds the coil springs in place of the air bags? Are the coils a direct replacement? You don't have to modify the brackets or holders. I have personally replaced the air bags in my current 1998 TC Signature. It wasn't that difficult once I figured out that little metal clip that holds the air lines on.

The coil springs used in the better conversion kits are made special on the ends, where they sit down in the seat that the air spring used to sit in. This way, it's an extremely easy install with no brackets to install. Spring conversion kits available for your car, where you won't have to go searching thru a dirty junkyard, just order the kit and it'll ride as good as it did with the air suspension. http://www.americanairsuspension.com/Lincoln-Town-Car-Air- Suspension-Conversion-9802-p/9803tc2cv.htm
