My 2000 Lincoln town car blowes white smoke and smells like antifreeze what can it be

The water and oil look good could it still be
the head gasket .Oh and sometimes the
smokes comes in thru the air vents

I agree that you have a blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. A bad head gasket will not always cause oil to be in the coolant or coolant to be mixed with the oil. White sweet smelling smoke is never good.
