On 98 town car whats the warning light in dash "RESCU Failure"?

It could mean the air bag system detects a bad or blown air bag, (I’ve seen a bad steering wheel clockspring cause this) you will need the vehicle checked out, find a good independent shop in your area. Stay away from the dealer if at all possible.
