HELP PLS!!!

I just bought a lincoln 1998 town car
and it started before i had it towed. I
had to put springs to replace the
airshocks. But we ram it out of gas
and oil starting it and now its not
getting any fire in the plugs or
sending gas through could u please
help me find the answer

Yes it happened when i was trying to make sure it ran but at the time didnt know how low they were. But i replenished them and now there no spark or gas going through it idk what it could b

And you can tell it wants to start but this lincoln has emergency shut off so the engine wont blow

It has a shut off on the engine so when it runs out of gas or oil it shuts car down and keeps the engine from blowing a rod
