Go onto Youtube and in the search box type in "rear suspension conversion kit for Lincoln Continental". There you will find videos that will guide you thru the conversion process, then go onto Ebay and find the kit you need. Look for the kit that has the rear springs AND shocks as a package deal and pick the one you need for your vehicle. This is exactly what i did with MY 99 Continental.
