Our 2018 Nissan Rogue Sports auto lock will not work
and the dash lights are staying on even while driving!

Sounds like a programming glitch. Has the vehicle experienced any kind of electrical problem? If it has then it is likely the programming has been corrupted, and the dealer will need to do a "flash" on the computer systems.
