Ford Festiva WA 1993 Model

...same problem with carby...idling very fast when cold...choke stays on for long time...sparks get black....like running on 3 sparks...manual pump
Can't find adjustables screws for air / fuel ......used to do around 300 KM on full tank...now 150 KM....HELP....
