panorama glass roof

how do i close the panoramic roof .It is not completely closed,

I would open it and then close it again. Read your owners manual as it may have some useful information. Check the rails it rides on to see if there are debris blocking the glass. Your last resort would be to go back to your dealer for warranty repairs.
