Mazda Millenia error code P1402

How do I fix an '02 Mazda Millenia that runs rough at idle and has an error code of P1402?  Already changed EGR valve and cleaned out EGR passages.

dpfe sensor if it has one...I know that was basically step 1 for egr problems with fords and mazdas for a while...I think they now have their own code

GUY'S... I just had a slite problem that your dicussung and I fiw it by disconnecting the plug and cleaning the air valve and connecter with carb cleaner and in sec's ??? it was gone also in some cases, you my need to change the plug, any question, contact me via e-mail at valentinoamaro@facbook.com
