So what happens when you put it in gear? Dose it sputter an die? Dose the motor idle OK? Could be a fuel filter all blocked up.

As soon as I put the car in gear I lose the rpm's. The car will move but you can never get up yo speed. Could it be the speed control? Replaced the o2 censors. I don't want to do the process of elemination.

If it's your o2 censors you could try putting a higher octane fuel in it. My legacy loved the higher octane stuff cause with the regular fuel it was hesitant and hated hills on acceleration and showed the engine check light. Also still sounds like a fuel filter issue.
