2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Latitude AWD

I was going down the highway at 70MPH and all of a sudden it felt like
someone threw my gear into Low, the Jeep "grabbed" and at the same time
my RPM's jumped up to over 5000.  I hit the brakes immediately and it ideled
down but it scared the crap out of me.  Does anyone know what is causing
this?  Took it to the dealership and they said everything appeared fine and
no codes on the computer.

Tell your dealership this is a valid safety concern and they should be helping you address the problem before it become a matter of legal liability. You have the warranty on your side so maybe the next step is to contact the Jeep district manager. As last resort you should contact the Federal Highway Safety Administration and file a complaint. Somebody at Jeep needs a wake up call.
