The head gasket on a 1995 mazda protege blew, I purchased a new one for 125.00 and had it serviced? for 100.00 and will replace is this good

Dear laurel65-- This sounds good. You are lucky to have an uncle who owns a garage. It sounds like he is doing you a favor. Ask him if I can bring my daughters old Saturn to him for a repair job at family rates. Then I would have time to read a book. Good luck from Bovan.
