Try some general maintenance things first replace air and fuel filter, add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and use higher octane gas occasionally if you use low octane gas all the time. Is the check engine light on ?

Your floats in the carb are sticking . You will need a good mechanic to take apart carb and clean ..
