Poor acceleration

Question type: General

I have a 2019 RX350 (selection for 2019 was not available, below) and it has
hesitated from the day I brought it home. You press the accelerator and it either
hesitates, or it bucks forward, backs off, and bucks again, all without increasing
speed. I expect much better from Lexus.  I will not lease another one and I am
stuck with this one for 3 years!

You must document it firs using your phone video recorder. Take video of the gauges when and while it happens and keep a copy for yourself, then go to the sevice and show them the video.
