Gas door is a linkage push button tied into a spring. if the gas door is not opening it maybe getting no signal along the linkage. As for the power seat door locks check the fuses an if not that check to see if you have any wire shorts from the door to the control unit.

The control unit is the same unit that controls the door entry code pad?
the power seats, door locks, and fuel door release all get power from the same fuse, fuse 1.7 its a 20A in the battery junction box which is the underhood fuse box. have you checked this fuse since all compents that are not working share the same power from that fuse??
the drivers door module does control the locks and the keyless entry pad but does not control the power seats or the gas lid release. it also gets power from fuse 1.7 and one other in the central junction box.
