Turn signal doesn't always work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The turn signal blinker only turns on occasionally on 1999 mercury mystique. It
is unpredictable and I cant ever tell if it will turn on or not.

Both of the front turn signal blinkers. They will occasionally turn on but will also go on and off while it is still on a blinking.
