Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant ES. the car was working
fine last night around 9pm. This morning the car is acting
like it doesn't want to start. There is gas in the car. What is
wrong with it? Is it not connected to the gas? I checked
the fuel and they were clean. I had no issues with this car
until now. and if there is any mechanic that's price is
reasonable please let me know. Right now I just want to
know what's wrong with my car.

Is check engine light on?. If not, you need to isolate the problem by checking fuel pressure first and see if it is fuel related. It can be fuel or spark if it was running fine last night

Yes, it's on. It'll act like it's going to start but then keeps going like a broken record. Fuel or spark you said. Thanks I greatly appreciate it.

Have it checked for engine codes, that will narrow down the problem. U can borrow a code reader from ur local auto parts store

that's what I keep thinking that it may be a bad sensor. yeah I might need to do that.
