Booster Seat Intallation

How does anyone install a booster seat with a back in the 2019 Hyundai
Elantra when there are 3 built in head rests that don't move and cause the
booster to not sit flush, then making the seat impossible to install correctly.

Did you try raising the head restraint all the way up? Consult your owners manual on how to do that.

The headrests are built-in for the middle and both sides, they are not adjustable.
