Volume for radio is different than bluetooth volume. Can they be synchronized?

When I listen to my radio volume is fine.  When I put on bluetooth to listen to
book, volume is very low and I have to readjust it to be able to hear.  Can they
be synchronized so that they are the same?

Are you using your phone? I find that by increasing and or adjusting the volume on the device you can get them to match closely.
