The general rule for a 4 cylinder engine is about 4 quarts of oil. First, remove the drain plug and drain the oil pan. Then remove the oil filter and allow to drain. Once completely drained, replace the oil filter and drain plug and start filling with about 4 quarts of oil. Use the oil dipstick to figure out how much more oil is needed (if any) - adding a quarter of a quart at a time. Recheck your dipstick inbetween adding oil. Once the engine is full take note at how much of the remaining bottle is left. It will probably be around half full.
