Cargurus telephone customer service is absolutely horrible to put it mildly!! I know from personal experience! When I made the mistake of calling them to resolve an issue with my account they refused to answer my questions, refused to connect me with a supervisor, and hung up on me twice! Emailing them will get you answers quickly! Hope that helps! Jim
