the taillight on my driver side of my 2000
Mitsubishi eclipse isn't working. the blinker is but
the tail light doesn't when I turn the headlights on.
it's not the bulb cuz I changed it and the fuse isn't

If you have a multi meter check for power in the bulb socket. If there is no power you have a broken wire somewhere.
