I cant drive it the brakes are half on AC doent come out center vent the
condensation is so bad i have to have wipers on The smog control doesnt work
the odemeter doesnt work Im 65 female Im a wreck he charged me for
inspection that was done in May And I dont know haw it passed. Please advise.

CG's can't help you with car repairs. Old cars need repairs.
