Almost nothing. Buy a tow vehicle like a SUV or truck if you plan on doing towing.

I agree. The underpowered 2.0 with CVT in the Imp and CrossTrek is severely stressed when towing. At least get one with the stouter 2.5i.

Thanks I have a camper that is 1100# and I am considering which car I could acquire, most likely the 2020 Outback would be the most mpg and sufficient gusto. I am trying to allocate the funds. Now I have an Impreza.

The new Subaru Ascent can tow 5,000# and I believe it has transmission cooling.
