is there a fuse somewhere on the passenger side low beam

yes! I had the same frustrating problem with my son's Nissan There is a fuse in the panel in the engine compartment (Driver's side) They are called miniture fuses and identified and labelled .

nope 2006 has a fuse bank on the passenger side. 15 amp marked h/l not to good at seeing things anymore. only 47, thanks though. SCOTT PS not a mini fuse its a regular fuse.
