car not starting

my 2005 Altima has not started twice in last 2 months. both times issue was resolved by temporally disconnecting the reconnecting 1 battery cable  30 seconds later. how do I solve this from reoccurring.

I have a 2017 Nissan Altima and just went out to leave and it won’t start. Break pedal won’t move, clicking when I try to start and it said I had a key error. I’m having someone come out to jump it. Hopefully this works. This did happen once before several months ago. I couldn’t unlock my car.
