Thinking it must be a fuse but replacing the "stop light" fuse in the dash makes no difference. The fuses under the hood aren't labeled.

I've read & reread the manual but can't find any reference to what each fuse goes to. No labels in the fuse box. Any suggestions? Would one bad bulb take out ALL the lights on the rear of the truck?

Try pulling them one at a time. It should only take a couple of minutes. One bulb would not take out all the lights but one fuse could. If that does not fix it check the wires for damage and the light bulb sockets for corrosion.
