What does the price in the charts mean?

For example, this site (https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/2020-Mazda-CX-5-
Price-c29879) lists $34,112 as a "good price" for a 2020 Mazda CX-5
Signature.  Should I then add fees and taxes to that price?  Does that price
include that current $1,000 rebate on CX-5 or not?

Yes, tax and tags are not included. Contact the seller/dealer to get all the pricing.
