Lexus alarm problem wont start, no interior power?

There is no power on the interior of the car but there is power on the battery. The hazzard lights work and the horn. I tried taking the negative cable from the battery still wont work. I used the keys to lock and unlock the car but still wont start, no clicking and lights on the dashboard. Please help.

Sounds like a possible issue with the security ignition interlock. You will have to get this one to a dealer.

take the key out,close the door and put the key into the door and rotate the key left then right......this deactivates the security feature.

The horn doesn’t work intel I turn the steering wheel left or right
