Stop at any auto parts store or garage and ask them to read the code, you can try just clearing the code and see if it comes back, or find out what it's for and address it. Often the trac off light comes on with the CEL when its an issue involving the transmission or brake system, overheating, sensor failure etc. You can also remove the battery cable for a few hours and it should manually clear itself. If it comes back on again, you definitely have an issue needing to be addressed.
