Remove tank and clean it out along with all the fuel lines , injectors , filter . Cost is mostly labor $700 - $800 ? ? ?

beatupchevy is right about the costs assuming the tank was full of diesel. Now remember this is a computer controlled vehicle and Diesel can do bad things to spark plugs, sensors, injectors, fuel pump, etc. So don't be surprised if you start having other problems after the diesel is gone.
